Appraisal - pt. 2

Wahoo!  Our home appraised for what we needed it to!  Actually a little bit more.  So our home appraised for 12% more than what it did last May and even more than what we actually paid for it!  That hard work and elbow grease has paid off.  We are planning to close next week and like I said it should save us 16% off of our monthly mortgage.  Such a blessing!
